Introduction of production line

• 1.Panel from the continuous sandwich panel production line is a composite structure consisting of two external facings and an insulating core. The core can be flexible with Polyurethane, Mineral Wool, Glass Wool, PIR, Phenolic or EPS. Various profiles are available according to customer's requirement with pre-painted steel sheets, PVC sheets, Aluminum paper or other similar supports.
• 2. The continuous sandwich panel production line has a large scale production capacity. It allows a uniform distribution of the reactive mixture, a homogeneous density, suitable physical and mechanical characteristics.
• 3. Roof panels, wall panels and door panels are made mainly of metal section support and polyurethane insulating mass.

1.Components
The PU continuous production line composed of un-coiler, Cut off the docking, filming, rib/forming, preheating, foaming, continuous solidify, cutting, stacking and packing etc. with high Automation and stable performance.

Roll Forming area:
There are upper and lower Roll Forming Machine and quick change system, it is possible to produce various profiles to meet diversified demands.

Foaming area:
Foaming area composed of High pressure PU foaming machine , casting machine and double crawler etc.PU provided foaming machine with electrical metering mechanism, automatic coil provided system to insure the material mixed according to ratio, spraying equally, the double crawler with accurate temperature control system and safety foaming processing to assure foaming equally and stable.
